Mid-Term Inspection

Mid‑term inspections provide a structured snapshot of how the property is being maintained during the tenancy. We document condition, cleanliness and any emerging issues early, helping landlords protect their investment and avoid surprises later.
 

Meter Readings & Key Logs

We record all meter readings and key sets accurately at the time of the visit, ensuring agents and landlords have reliable, timestamped information for billing, handovers and tenancy records.
 

Floor Plans

Pricing varies by property size, starting from £90 for studios, with £10 added per additional room.

All prices apply equally to furnished and unfurnished properties.

These are included at no extra cost within all Check‑In and Check‑Out appointments.

Pricing varies by property size, starting from £70 for standard 2D floor plans, with additional costs applied for larger homes. 

A 3D version can be added for an extra £20.

Pricing starts from £80 for standard photographic coverage, with additional  +10 costs applied for larger properties or extended image sets. 

We enhance images using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects to deliver sharper resolution for a stronger marketing impact.
